I really love the feeling of  the earth in my hands and it comes from a long ago memory of making mud pies …one of my first memories and one of my joyful remembrances…

So here I am decades later my hands in the earth…God’s earth…God’s garden, and I want to journal my learning experiences and also keep tabs of what works and what doesn’t.

  1. I enjoy your blog very much! Thank you for reading mine and taking time to comment! I so appreciate it!

I’ve absolutely nominated you for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award!!

The rules for accepting the award require that you:

Thank the blogger who nominated you (that’s me)
Place the award on your site (snatch it from my blog post)
Share 7 random things about yourself
Nominate 15 blogs and let them know they’ve been nominated and how to accept the award.

  2. Hello! We are writing our second book on chicken-keeping, and wonder if you would be willing to share your picture of wiggly piggly and her pendulous crop? We would give you photo credit and send you a copy of the book. Please reply if you are interested. You can find our first book “A Chicken in Every Yard” on Amazon and most bookstores. Thanks!
